August 2025 - April 2026

This sketchbook is about sublimation. After my divorce, I started actively drawing in it, even though before that it only had two illustrations.

It explores acceptance and the search for self, moments of falling in love and the heartbreak that follows, the struggle with anxiety, and therapy, which I started in January.

But above all, it’s about how I fell in love again – this time, finally, with myself.
