A sketcher of everyday life

My path in sketching began in Batumi. Over three years here, I learned to work for the process itself rather than the final result, trying to capture the present moment exactly as I see it.

Every day I record what’s around me — people, conversations, animals, food, objects, transport. For me it’s a way to hold on to my own thoughts and feelings through the most ordinary things; I find more truth in them than in anything deliberately significant. My main medium is graphics, and my pages are a personal archive of states, assembled from simple fragments of reality.
